Three separate payments, to three different recipients. (1) Medical fees — paid by you directly to the hospital at published prices; we never hold these funds or mark them up. (2) Stay & travel — paid at actual cost; we can book on your behalf and pass receipts through unchanged. (3) Our service fee — the only amount you pay us, fixed in your written assessment and paid in three stages: on signing, on arrival, and on delivery. The $300 assessment fee is credited in full toward your service fee if you proceed, and refunded in full if we advise against coming.

The lower prices are structural. China's National Healthcare Security Administration runs a bulk procurement program that drives the cost of imported medical devices — including Zimmer hip implants and Straumann dental implants — down by 70–90%. The same device, at a fraction of the Western supply chain price.

We are not paid by hospitals — ever. No referral fees, no commissions, no equity relationships. We charge you a transparent service fee and recommend the hospital that's right for your specific case, regardless of any prior relationship.
